Daniel is cute! Abby is too!

Lately, the evenings consist of me getting home from an 8 hour day at work, Robbie getting some relief from an 8 hour day with the kids, getting dinner fed to both kids, bath time, books read and getting the kids into bed for the night. This week, Daniel has decided that he just is having too much fun while he's up to have to take afternoon and early evening naps, so the evening consists of a lot of crying since he becomes extremely over-stimulated. Needless to say, when I get to this time in the evening, I'm exhausted and I just want to catch some shut eye before the next day begins all over again. But the kiddos have just been too cute, so I'm groggily getting this post up for you to enjoy ;)







We have been enjoying bath times!! Abby usually is getting a bath while Daniel is going down, so we've moved her baths to our bathtub and she thinks this is quite the treat! She loves the silver disk on the tub wall and you'll often catch her staring at herself, singing some tune. We also have gotten to rewarding her with bubbles if she's caught doing something good.

Sometimes it just hits me like a load of bricks - Abigail is such a big girl now. My boss is sending his daughter off to college this year and he often reminds me that the years go by so quickly and before you know it, the day they leave for college gets here in just a blink. I get moments where my breath is taken away thinking of how quickly the past two years have gone by with Abby and now, looking at these pictures below, Daniel is already 10 weeks old and those weeks have gone by too quickly as well.
